  had a set of classic eyelash extensions done on the 27th of Feb. within two hours my eyes started getting sore & they were burning. I immediately knew something wasn't right. I could feel that all of my lashes had been glued together. I'm a lash extension lover - this was my first and last time at this salon. I went in and saw my GP. was advised that I need to get them removed asap & seek medical attention. the lash removalist (in the cbd) said the lashes had been glued to my eyelid rather than my eye lashes. furthermore, the technician had wiped glue all over my natural lushes. they dried and formed a clump. once the lashes were removed, 70% of my natural lashes were plucked out with it. I was advised that I cannot look at getting extensions done for at least a month, as the damage is severe. I went into indigo beauty on the 28th demanding a refund - was instead given the option of having another set redone. the staff could clearly see the condition of my eyes - yet had the audacity to make this suggestion. I have lodged an application with consumer affairs & will be taking this further. please do not get your lash extensions done from here.
